Virgílio Magalhães is the middle son in a family of five brothers. He is an inquiet person driven by creativity, fairness, collaboration, and contribution, always seeking to understand the world and the relationship between our soul and spirit with the material realm. He expresses himself as a DJ, a technology contributor, a digital product strategist and developer, a father, and a friend. Virgílio has lived in seven cities across Brazil and in Gothenburg, Sweden, where his second daughter was born in 2022. Throughout his journey, he has encountered and interacted with a diverse range of people, from the poor to the wealthy, and experienced both simple and luxurious environments. These experiences have shaped a unique perspective on humanity that diverges from common assumptions. Now, at 34 years old, he strives to engage in projects and situations that align with his strengths and core values, maintaining a balance between personal and professional life. Temperance is his guiding principle in achieving this harmony.
The 1990s were a transformative decade, marked by pivotal events that shaped the world:
1 - Fall of the Berlin Wall
2 - Launch of the Hubble Space Telescope
3 - The Gulf War: Highlighted global political and military shifts.
4 - Invention of the World Wide Web: Tim Berners-Lee revolutionized communication and information sharing.
It was during this remarkable time that I began my journey in this complex and beautiful world. As a proud member of the generation shaped by the '90s, I express my creativity as an electronic music DJ and contribute to the legacy of innovation as a professional in the IT industry.
- I started to play as a DJ in 2004 when I had 14 years old
- My first DJ name was "Feliz" or Happy
- Sometimes I played together my friend DJ Michz
- Psytrance was my fist music style. I used MixVibes and Pionner CDJ's
- I started to work with 13 to 14 years old
- I worked in a bakery on weekends delivering breads
- After that, I started in a photo company called New Collor
- My social security/work card was signed with 15 yers old
- I started my bachelor degree course in Information Systems at UNIPAM
- In my first years I studied programming languages
- I started developing websites. I was curious how page links works
- I started to work in I.T. company in 2009
- I started to teaching elders in social programs
- The computer classes supported elders to learn how to use internet
- I was teacher of Photoshop, Coreldraw and Web Development
- My first job was at Aqua Interativa
- I started to work in I.T. industry in 2008 as intership
- At 2009, as web developer with PHP, JS, MySQL, Wordpress, Joomla
- I developed my first Mobile App in 2010 with J2ME for Nokia Device
- I have workeda at Aqua Digital Agency and Hidroferti Agriculture
- I developed three web systems using PHP, Java, and C# .Net
- The project was develop with my colleague Mislene Dalila
- We have used XP Programming, Scrum, and Waterfall for each one

- I moved to Brasília and started to work at Research Center Eldorado
- I worked to Positivo Eletronics and Samsung projects
- Projects for mobile devices running Java Script and Native Android
- I contributed in internal projects as a teacher
- I started to practive Yoga and Meditation with 15 years old
- After some years I decided to make some courses
- I studied at Escola Yoga Brahma Vidyalaya and Ayurvida
- I was vegetarian during 7 years
- I moved to Campinas-SP to started a Master Degree at UNICAMP
- I started to work at CI&T
- I started to went to São Paulo and Google Community Events
- I had an opportunity to went at The Developers Conference - TDC
- Participated of Google IO Extende Sao Paulo
- I have worked in projects for Itaú Digital Bank and Motorola
- I traveled for 1 month to Europe alone
- I went to Ireland, England, Italy and the Netherlands
- I has an opportunity to went at Google Ireland Office
- I went to SAE in Netherlands, creative media schools
- For my wedding, I move back to Brasilia where my wife lived
- I bring my whole experince in Sao Paulo to organise some events
- I was responsible to organise Kotlin Night together Novatics
- I was responsble to organise/support NASA Space Apps in Brasilia
- I was responsible to organise IO Extended Brasilia
- I was invited to talk in some GDG events in Brasil
- I was invited to be mentor at NASA Space Apps
- I started to work at PicPay
- After a vacation in João Pessoa-Brazil, we moved for that city
- I build my own office and studio at home, for work and production
- Unfortunetelly, I had my first bornout and should change my journey
- After years working hard, I feel that I need to change my way
- A month arrived in Sweden, my wife saw that she was pregnant
- I started to work as a consultant at CEVT with embeded ML Models
- I played as DJ at Wireless Car Inauguration Building
- I was hired by Toptracer in third quarter of 2022
- We went back to Brazil to visit our parents and we stay there
- I started to look for some courses to develop myself
- I did my course for a year in Strategic Human Development
- I started at Strides Community with Tech Manager Course
- After hard times in Sweden and waiting for a new opportunity in 2023
- I saw that I needed help and started to care about my health
- I was weighing 116kg, decreased to 96kg without any medicine
- I started to run, changed my whole daily life and habits
